The Argentinian newspaper Clarín, through its architecture section ARQ Clarín, has recently published a report dedicated to the resort's new hotel, focusing on its architectural proposal and contemporary reinterpretation of Andean cultural references.

The article highlights how the project proposes a vibrant and contemporary architecture, The building is able to dialogue with the cultural context of Peru without resorting to literal gestures. Through the use of colour, materiality and volumetric composition, the building offers a contemporary look, generating its own architectural identity within the urban fabric of Lima.

Located in one of the most dynamic areas of the city, Miraflores, Pardo 200 is conceived as a mixed-use building which integrates hotel, offices, retail and catering in a complex urban piece open to the city.
