Oceanika has been recognised with the Sustainable Project Award at ExpoConstruye 2025, a distinction that highlights its innovative character and its commitment to more responsible construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With \ud835\udfed\ud835\udff1.\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfec\ud835\udfec \ud835\uddfa\u00b2 wood structure, Oceanika<\/a> is consolidated as the largest wooden building in southern Europe and the largest in Spain, a milestone that redefines the standards of efficiency, sustainability and contemporary design.

Thanks to the industrialisation of the construction process, the project was completed in only 14 months, achieving exceptional precision and quality.

This achievement reflects our vision: to create spaces that inspire a more conscious way of living in harmony with the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This recognition is shared with a great team that has accompanied us on the journey: EOVASTUDIO, co-authors of the project, the developer Nuovit Homes, Egoin, Herysan, Nomad Gardens, EOSS Evolution Offsite System, among others.

We already wrote a post about our participation in the ExpoConstruye 2025 conference<\/a>In this event, one of our founding partners, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Chamorro, presented our Oceanika project in the Innovation Corner.
