Oceanika continues to arouse great interest and we are constantly presenting this iconic project at different professional conferences and congresses. The last one was the 15 October, <\/strong>when our founding partner Bakpak Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Chamorro<\/strong> participated in the Innovation Corner of EXPOCONSTRUYE 2025 (C\u00e1diz)<\/strong> to present Oceanika<\/strong>a project developed together with EOVASTUDIO<\/strong> which exemplifies how industrialisation, BIM coordination and structural timber can accelerate timescales, reduce footprint and raise perceived quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The session brought together key actors in the value chain: Luis Acacio (Nuovit Homes)<\/strong>, Juan Carlos (Herysan)<\/strong>, \u00cd\u00f1igo Blanco (Egoin)<\/strong> y Eduardo C\u00e1rave (EOSS - Evolution Offsite System)<\/strong>. Together we will approach the project from the system decision and component standardisation to assembly logistics and tolerance control, demonstrating a more efficient, sustainable and collaborative way of building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the heading \"Oceanika, a success story of industrianised construction\".<\/strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Chamorro explained the details that make this project a milestone in terms of sustainability and industrialisation, proposing a new way of facing contemporary architectural challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
