The project includes 260 dwellings of between 1 and 4 bedrooms<\/strong>all of them just a few metres from the Poniente beach, in a privileged location.<\/p>\n\n\n\nBeyond its size, the tower has been conceived as a contemporary living space, equipped with ample space and a large common areas<\/strong>heated swimming pools, gymnasium, cinema room, sports facilities and a sky bar on the 63rd floor<\/strong>which will also house a astronomical observatory<\/strong> in collaboration with MUDIC (Museo Did\u00e1ctico e Interactivo de Ciencias Jes\u00fas Carnicer).<\/p>\n\n\n\nFrom the technical point of view, the tower will be equipped with a high stiffness reinforced concrete structure<\/strong>designed to guarantee maximum comfort in windy conditions. The project has been validated in a wind tunnel test at the Universidad Polit\u00e9cnica de Madrid<\/strong>confirming its stability and structural safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe delivery of the housing units is planned for the second half of 2028.<\/strong>The ambitious timetable reinforces the confidence in the transformative impact TM Tower will have on the Benidorm skyline.
