Next Thursday 18 September, Bakpak will have the honour of participating in the Conference <\/strong>A+I (Architecture + Engineering)<\/strong>The event is a high-level forum that promotes innovation in construction processes and integrates architectural and engineering visions in a joint dialogue, bringing together some of the most influential offices on the international scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this edition, the event will be attended by world-renowned studios such as Foster + Partners<\/strong>, Mecanoo<\/strong> e Idom<\/strong>together with Bakpak, consolidating a space for dialogue in which the challenges and opportunities of architecture and engineering in a changing global context will be addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Gonz\u00e1lez Chamorro, founding partner of Bakpak, will present the project. Oce\u00e1nika<\/a>designed together with EOVA Studio, which has earned it a place in the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 for its use of FSC-certified wood, as a symbol of an architecture that regenerates, connects with the territory and is committed to the decarbonisation of the planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The building is entirely industrialised in wood, with all its structure and partitions manufactured and assembled by Egoin, combining precision, efficiency and environmental awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under the slogan \"Building by Innovating<\/strong>This meeting is configured as a point of reference for engineering and architecture professionals, promoting collaboration from the initial design phase to construction execution, with special attention to energy efficiency, environmental quality and integrated automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alongside Bakpak will be Jes\u00fas Uriol of Acustics Ambient <\/strong>y Maria Salas Nomadgarden<\/strong> to give more details about Oce\u00e1nica in this event organised by Airzone and Estudio Segui.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The study Foster + Partners<\/strong> will participate in the project for the refurbishment of the Sal\u00f3n de Reinos of the Prado Museum, directed by Carlos Rubio<\/strong>, Miguel \u00c1ngel D\u00edez de Yela<\/strong> and the engineering department of Foster + Partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mecanoo for its part<\/strong>will be present with the exhibition of the City of Justice project in Cordoba, by the hand of Nuno Fontarra<\/strong>architect partner of Mecanoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
