The granting of planning permission for this skyscraper promoted by TM Real Estate Group and signed by Bakpak Architects is an important step towards the construction of this new landmark for contemporary architecture in Spain and for the urban evolution of Benidorm, as the TM Tower will rise up to 230 metres high on the Poniente beach and will redefine the city's skyline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new skyscraper will become the tallest residential building in Europe and will surpass Intempo, until now the tallest residential building on the continent, with 198 metres and 47 floors, by some 28 metres. With its 64 levels and 260 homes, the future tower is set to be the most prominent residential icon on the Costa Blanca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
