Coloured opaque glass as a link between past and future.

Three volumes, an urban crack, an active block interior.

The project stems from the legacy of the “La Trinidad” Glass Factory (1900-1999), reinterpreting its industrial memory and the blowing process as a material inspiration. The coloured opaque glass façades evoke this heritage with a contemporary, technological image that changes according to the light, establishing a dialogue between past and present.

Penthouses under pergola and infinity pool as communal horizon.

Three volumes in an interrupted block are articulated by means of a continuous vertical crack that acts as an access and urban permeability gesture. The ensemble configures a protected landscaped interior, where housing and public space intertwine to generate community and activity.
