TM Tower, Europe's tallest residential building officially unveiled
Last night Benidorm was witness to the official presentation of the TM TowerEurope's tallest residential skyscraper. TM Real Estate Groupthe promoter of this project, organised an impressive event that brought together around 400 attendees, including local and regional authorities, institutional representatives, customers, suppliers, collaborators, the media and part of the Bakpak team.

The building's design is inspired by the coral formations of the sea, with an organic volumetry arising from the interaction of terraces arranged in a rhythmic, staggered system, transforming the façade into a dynamic envelope that plays with light, emptiness and the horizon.

With a height of 230 metres and 64 floors, TM Tower will be the tallest residential building in Europe, surpassing the current In Tempo (202 metres). The project includes 260 homes with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, all of them just a few metres from the Poniente beach, in a privileged location.
Beyond its size, the tower has been conceived as a contemporary living space, equipped with large communal areas: heated swimming pools, gymnasium, cinema, sports areas and a sky bar on the 63rd floor, which will also house an astronomical observatory in collaboration with the MUDIC (Jesús Carnicer Didactic and Interactive Science Museum).

TM Tower is also at the forefront of technology. From a technical point of view, it will have a highly rigid reinforced concrete structure, validated after wind tunnel tests at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, guaranteeing safety and comfort.
In addition, it will have 7 ultra-fast lifts reaching up to 6 metres per second, offering residents a metropolitan experience.
The presentation of the TM Tower began with an inspirational video about Benidorm and the history of TM Real Estate Group, followed by speeches from the company's President, Ángeles Serna, and its CEO, Pablo Serna. Both highlighted the importance of TM Tower as a symbol of the future of the Mediterranean and a milestone for the company and the internationalisation of the Spanish brand.
"Today we are taking another step forward with TM Tower, which emerges as the finishing touch to this skyline and makes it a European and world reference," said Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Real Estate Group.
In addition, an impressive drone show showed the audience the outline of the new skyscraper that will redefine Benidorm's skyline.

For Bakpak, TM Tower is a source of professional pride and a unique opportunity to provide a new benchmark in contemporary architecture with this project that has involved a very high level of research and creativity, with very advanced technology and a unique programme that represents a step forward in the way of understanding high-rise housing in Spain and Europe.
