TM Tower will be presented on 18th September in Benidorm.

At Bakpak architects we are looking forward to unveiling all the details of the TM Tower, a project we have designed for the developer TM Grupo Inmobiliario, but they are about to be unveiled at the official presentation which will take place on 18th September in Benidorm.

However, both TM Real Estate Group as National and international media have already reported on some of the information and images. about this skyscraper that will be a new icon for Benidorm and for Europe.

With 230 metres high y 64 floorsTM Tower will consolidate its position as the Europe's tallest residential buildingThe project includes a new, larger tunnel, surpassing the current In Tempo (202 metres). The project includes 260 dwellings of between 1 and 4 bedroomsall of them just a few metres from the Poniente beach, in a privileged location.

Beyond its size, the tower has been conceived as a contemporary living space, equipped with ample space and a large common areasheated swimming pools, gymnasium, cinema room, sports facilities and a sky bar on the 63rd floorwhich will also house a astronomical observatory in collaboration with MUDIC (Museo Didáctico e Interactivo de Ciencias Jesús Carnicer).

From the technical point of view, the tower will be equipped with a high stiffness reinforced concrete structuredesigned to guarantee maximum comfort in windy conditions. The project has been validated in a wind tunnel test at the Universidad Politécnica de Madridconfirming its stability and structural safety.

The delivery of the housing units is planned for the second half of 2028.The ambitious timetable reinforces the confidence in the transformative impact TM Tower will have on the Benidorm skyline. The interest generated is already considerable, with national and international pre-bookings underway.
