The aim of the intervention is 8 Luxury Homes located on Av. De la Moraleda, in the town of Benahavis (Málaga). The plot has 1,506 m2 of surface and an occupation of 651 m2, the resulting space for the accesses to the houses remained.
The project has been conceived with profound concern for its integration and adaptation to the natural topography, and the views from each of the homes of the magnificent natural enviroment that surrounds them. Therefore, the 8 houses are staggered into two lines of four houses each.
Adapting to the topography leads us to work with different levels as a whole. On level 0 there are both pedestrian accesses and garage access. On level 1 we find access to the common areas: sports court, pool and balcony. On level 2, access to the first band of houses and storage rooms. In the fourth and last level, access to the second band of houses.
The housing typology is semi-detached on the ground and first floors, with the day-use rooms on the first and access floors, and the night-use rooms on the ground floor. This organization allows us to open generously sized South-East terraces, oriented towards nature and a solarium on the roofs.
The houses have an open living-dining room-kitchen, as an open concept, linked to the large terrace. This terrace has incredible views of nature.
Each of the houses has 3 bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, two full bathrooms and a toilet. For greater comfort and accessibility, each of the homes has a storage room and a garage space.
